About Mike Anderson
I am a life long resident of South Eastern Wisconsin's Lake Country and a graduate of Kettle Moraine High School. After graduation I spent eight years in the United States Marine Corp, completing multiple combat deployments to Iraq and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. During that time I also earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater, and I am now pursing a Masters degree in Finance and Real Estate.
I have been in real estate since 2006 when I began working for a large commercial real estate company. I primarily dealt with leasing retail properties, the representation of local and national retailers, property acquisition, and land development, as well as exposure to investment property evaluation.
When the real estate market began to decline in 2008 I could here the residential real estate industry calling for true professionals. True real estate professionals don't just sell homes, but instead they are trusted advisers to their clients constantly guiding them to the results they set out for. I saw this the down market as an opportunity to use my experience and education to help everybody who would be buying or selling a home.
By being able to explain the market trends and economic variables that effect real estate market conditions, I can be the trusted adviser I believe every buyer and seller deserve to have confidence in their decisions. Allowing my clients to be properly informed to make better decisions, means that they won't be leaving any money on the table.
